The Best Tennis Analysis

Why did i select this topic?
I selected tennis as my topic because I have not only been a fan for most of my life but I knew I would have endless information to right about because the directions made me choose what i wanted to talk about inside of the subject of tennis, which is anything!
Why did you select the particular theme?
I selected tennis majors and players as my theme because they intertwine. I talk about a specific major and who has had success there and where the location is. Any information I want, I put it in!
Why did you select the specific colors/fonts?
I selected yellow as my header and green as my main because yellow catches the eye at first glance and green compliments the text and does not overbear the reader.
Other information for the audience (benefits, what you learned about WordPress, etc)
Word Press made making a blog a lot easier than i thought it would. From creating pages to posts that could be logged as a drop down bar from that specific page. It just makes it east for the reader to find my writing which I like. I even learned more about tennis by doing this project because I had to fact check myself when I knew something or when I did not.

Prisma Health – Opioids

Prisma Health uses an opioid analysis application to ‘close the clinical implementation gap’ regarding prescribing behavior. So whether that is the prescriber or the prescribed Prisma Health uses data to make their next strategic move. Committee members study the data to then talk to prescribers about prescribing habits and behaviors. This is a very serious topic because with such addiction problems all around the world, knowing which drug to give to a patience is vital and could be fatal if dealt out incorrectly so what Prisma Health does is extremely important.

Prisma labels themselves as a Healthcare group and does so in a very well mannered way by easily showing their achievements, discoveries, audience, data and advanced analytics. I like how the community manager Melissa Potvin set up this Qilk sense in a way that makes me know what she is doing. From bar graphs to scatter plots to line graphs and KPI’s I get a good understand where this company is at and with work like Melissa is doing it gives off a great impression of professionalism to its customers and foreign viewers who have never heard of Prisma Health in their entire life.

I chose Vogue Showcase and The Rolling Stones. For Vogue, I liked the browser popular tags on the left hand side of the site. This made it easy to research and find out about more topics and information that i had not known previously to viewing the site. I liked the search bar in the top right-hand corner so if i needed to google anything to came to my mind i could. For The Rolling Stones, this was very user friendly and kept my attention because of its simplicity. The sites and colors made for text to be read easily and to view and schedule possible dates if i wanted to view the concert live.

Some recommendations to the site creators would be for Vogue, the all and all looks of the website seems unprofessional and did not keep my attention. The whole screen was not taken up which does not make me want to stay on the site. If the whole screen is taken up gets the viewers attention and makes sparks an interest to keep clicking through the sight. For The Rolling Stones, this site is so well done that the only recommendation would be to add a search bar but i do not think it needs it.
I would recommend the Vogue site to my female side of the family like my sister, mother and cousins because not only are they into the latest trends but on of the works in fashion marketing. The Rolling Stones site would be best shown to the elders of my family because that is their generation even though some middle aged members like the stones i think Mick Jagger is just so old that many would not want to go see them in concert.
I would use The Rolling Stones over Vogue because music is my interest over women’s fashion. The Rolling Stones site was made more creative which all and all made me want to stay and view the site more and Vogue. Now that we are talking about it the Rolling Stones site was so good now i know they are playing at Ford Field this summer because of this website.
Lesson 2
Tell the Truth:
This one hits one for me because i can relate to that marine corp soldier. I have lied or not updated someone on my absence from a situation because i thought i would have gotten in trouble, but in reality, you learn from being punished for your actions. You become more of a man from knowing that when you screw up like all humans do, the man will own up to his actions, and the coward will try to escape from them.
This lesson was not my favorite to talk. I would have much rather talked about the first lesson of going after what you want no matter what does not matter who is in the way, but i chose lesson two because no one likes to be caught. No one likes to be vulnerable and put on the spot or have their name dampened. I am learning everyday and one aspect that i still need to work on is tell the truth when the situation presents its self. I now have a girlfriend in my life and always telling the truth is hard. Knowing that if you give her your truth she will get mad or sad is not a great feeling. It is not a great feeling tell someone you care about the truth and watching their world crumble just for that split second, but sometimes it has to be done. And just like that marine, i have felt the need to push my luck and see if i can get myself out of a situation by lying.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
